Built in 1980, the Helen Miller Bailey library is located at 1301 Avenida Cesar Chavez in the ethnically diverse community of Monterey Park, CA 91754. The library serves a student body of more than 20,000, in addition to the college faculty and staff. The collection comprises approximately 110,000 books, 150 periodical subscriptions, and various electronic databases.

South Gate Educational Center Library
Opened in Spring 2002, the South Gate Educational Center Library is located at 2340 Firestone Blvd. in the City of South Gate, California. The library serves a student body of 4,500, in addition to the college's faculty and staff. The library offers a comprehensive reference collection and a variety of online databases. In addition to our own collection, we have access to the circulating collection at East Los Angeles College main campus.
